Eniro connect people to people and buyers to sellers through a rich, unique, relevant and qualitative database. The database is our largest asset and generates a transaction value of over SEK 300 billion per year for our customers.

Eniro is the market leader in local search and has over 500,000 customers and millions of end users. During 2009, according to Eniro’s estimates, about 4 billion
searches in Eniro’s Internet network were carried out and over 70 million
calls to Voice services were answered.

Eniro’s database contains information on private persons and virtually all relevant companies in Eniro’s markets. The database is developed to be relevant for buyers and sellers seeking to buy or sell products and services. Eniro’s sales force has direct contact with the large customer base on a regular basis, which keeps the database updated and relevant for the end-users.

Eniro invests significant resources in training its sales force, making them more effective in selling the products and services to current and potential customers. Eniro’s sales force makes about 2.5 million customer contacts per year and enables about 500,000 customers to reach millions of end users.

Eniro has active users who are close to a transaction, which makes Eniro’s search services effective marketing channels. For Eniro’s customers the advertisements generate a transaction value of over SEK 300 billion a year.

According to a survey conducted by SIFO in April 2009, 71 percent of the Swedish population referred spontaneously to Eniro when asked to name a directory brand.
