Eniro group has approximately 4,650 employees in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Poland. Recruitment is managed by the local subsidiaries on respective market. Eniro recruits employees in many disciplines but the greatest need is in sales.
Recruitment largely focused on sales personnel
Eniro’s recruitment is largely focused on sales personnel. For the sales force, which comprises a large portion of Eniro’s personnel, sales focus and relevant sales experience are important. With an increasingly complex offering of services and channels, the need for personnel with higher theoretical education is also increasing.
The sales organization is dimensioned according to conditions in each country based on a model in which Internet services and directory offerings are sold separately. A special group handles existing and potential major customers. Smaller customers are normally contacted by telephone and provided with a collective offering.
All employees working in sales receive compensation consisting of a fixed and a variable salary.
