Ethics

Eniro strives to reach a high ethical standard by acting responsibly throughout its operations and building healthy relationships with stakeholders through Group-wide Ethical Guidelines.

High Ethical Standard

Eniro’s ethical responsibilities extend beyond compliance with relevant legislation to encompass the consequences of company operations and responsibilities to stakeholders.

Responsibility to Stakeholders

Eniro acts responsibly toward all stakeholders with the aim of strengthening their confidence in the company. Eniro’s stakeholders include its owners, users, customers, partners and suppliers, employees and the wider community.

Ethical Guidelines

In December 2005 the Eniro Ethical Guidelines were adopted in order to guide the company and its personnel to act ethically and responsibly. The Guidelines are intended to create a high ethical standard across the Group based on responsibilities toward stakeholders and to form an integral part of the Group’s business culture. Eniro acknowledges that no policy can provide complete guidance as to whether a particular course of action is ethically correct or not, and encourages personnel to debate ethical responsibilities with colleagues and managers.
