Organization
Eniro announced a new organizational structure and Group Management at November 16, 2010. The aim is to increase the focus on sales, further streamline product development and delivery organization as well as complement the finance function.
An adjustment of the organizational structure is in progress, focusing on;
• Country-based sales organizations in order to clarify the responsibility for revenues and cost control
• Further centralization of product development and support functions
• Increased focus on a customer oriented delivery organization
• Complement the finance function with specific responsibility for monitoring and controlling the business transformation
