Compensation
Members of the Board of Directors elected by the Annual General Meeting receive compensation in an amount determined by the Annual General Meeting.
Compensation to employee representatives is also determined by the Annual General Meeting. Presently, there are no outstanding share or share price-related incentive programs for the board.
