2009-08-26 Eniro divested the non-core operation Spray Passagen as well as non-core business within Din Del.
2009-03-11 Eniro acquired 100 percent of the shares in Oreo. Oreo is active in public procurement and offers the market's leading system for digital procurement. Oreo was consolidated in Eniro as of March 2009.

Eniro Finland acquired the customer service company Sentraali Oy. Sentraali Oy provides different customer services mainly call center services. Sentraali was consolidated in Eniro Finland as of October 2008.

Eniro reached an agreement with Aller to form a jointly owned company to which the internet portals Passagen and Spray was transferred. The new company is owned to 50 percent by Eniro and 50 percent by Aller. Aller will have control over the new company through majority of votes and presidency in the Board. In Finland, Aller purchased 50 percent of the shares in Suomi24 and Eniro will through majority of votes and presidency in the Board retain control over Suomi24.

Eniro reached an agreement to sell 100 percent of its German subsidiary Wer liefert was? (WLW) to Seat Pagine Gialle for an enterprise value of EUR 115 M.  The transaction was effective as of October 1, 2007.
2007-06-01 Eniro acquired 100 percent of Krak, the leading online directory company in Denmark. Krak was consolidated in Eniro Denmark as of July 1, 2007.
2007-02-20 Eniro acquired 48.1 percent of Netclips AB, the owner of the video community bubblare.se. Eniro has the option to acquire the remaining 51.9 percent of the shares.
2007-01-23 Eniro acquired 100 percent of the shares in Leta AB. Leta was consolidated in Eniro as of February 1, 2007.
2006-12-15 Eniro reached an agreement with Norsk Aller AS to form a jointly owned company to which internet portal sol.no will be transferred. The new company is owned to 50.1 percent by Eniro and 49.9 percent by Aller and was consolidated in Eniro Norway according to the Proportionate Consolidation method as of January 1, 2007.
2006-06-20 Kataloger i Norr AB was acquired and was consolidated as of June 1, 2006. 
2006-03-17 The sale of the operations in Belarus was completed.
2006-02-06 Eniro acquired DinPris AS. The company was consolidated as of February 1, 2006. Webdir was acquired and was consolidated as of February 1, 2006.
2006-01-13 The sale of the operations in Russia was approved by the Russian anti-monopoly authorities.
2005-12-14 The operations in Belarus were divested. The sale was subject to approval by the Russian anti-monopoly authorities.
2005-10-05 The operations in Russia were sold. The sale was subject to approval by the Russian anti-monopoly authorities.
2005-09-26 Eniro reached an agreement to acquire Findexa in Norway. The acquisition was completed December 5 and Findexa was consolidated in the group accounts as of the same date.
2005-06-14 Acquisitions of the DA businesses of Kymen Puehlin Oy (south-east Finland), Lännen Puhelin Oy (south-west Finland) and Oy NovaCall Ab (cities of Pietarsaari and Lahti with surroundings).

2004-03-30 Eniro AB acquired Gula Tidningen AB of Trader Classified Media N.V. Gula Tidningen was consolidated in the market unit Sweden excluding Voice as of April 1, 2004.

2001-02-09 Allt om Stockholm, phone and internet based service for companies and individuals, was acquired. Consolidated as of the second quarter 2001.
2001-01-01 Windhager, B2B provider of directory information, was acquired. Liquidated as of the fourth quarter 2002.
2000-12-28 WLW, B2B-company within online directory information, was acquired. Consolidated as of the first quarter 2001.
