Insider information

All Eniro personnel in an insider position are required to report their own holding and trading in Eniro shares, as well as that of any person closely related to them, to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Registered as persons with insider position are the Board of Directors of Eniro, Eniro’s auditors, Group management and certain key employees and contracted suppliers. The scope of the registered person’s circle of associates is reviewed and updated regularly.
