Redemption program 2007
The Extraordinary General Meeting October 9 resolved to distribute about SEK 2,000 million to the shareholders through a voluntary redemption program. According to the resolution, the Company´s share capital will be reduced with a maximum amount of SEK 20,122,506 to be repaid to the shareholders and at the highest 20,122,506 shares will be redeemed.

Only persons domiciled in Sweden are entitled to via the Internet take part of the offer to redeem shares in Eniro AB (publ) through the information brochure dated in October 2007. Persons domiciled outside of Sweden are thus not entitled to take part of the offer via the Internet. Information
An information brochure and a pre-printed application form will be distributed to directly registered shareholders in Eniro.
Shareholders whose holdings are registered in the name of a bank or other nominee will not receive a pre-printed application form and may not have received the information brochure. Instead, shares will be redeemed in accordance with instructions from the nominee.

- October 9, 2007 Extraordinary General Meeting
- October 10, 2007 First day to trade in Eniro-shares excluding redemption rights
- October 12, 2007 Record date. Those who are registered as shareholders in Eniro will receive redemption rights
- October 24 – November 8, 2007 Application period for commission free sale of redemption rights (a maximum 1,000 redemption rights per shareholder)
- October 24– November 14, 2007 Trading in redemption rights on the Stockholm Stock Exchange
- October 24 – November 19, 2007 Application period
- End of December 2007 Estimated latest payment date for redemption proceeds
Summary redemption terms
- Redemption right For every share in Eniro, shareholders receive one (1) redemption right
- Redemption offer Nine (9) redemption rights entitle the holder to redeem one (1) share in Eniro at SEK 99
